Ebad calls for plan to improve Abdullah Shah Ghazi’s Mazar

Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan has called for a comprehensive plan for the Mazar of Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi. He was presiding over a meeting on Tuesday which reviewed the mausoleum project.The governor also appreciated the renovation of the Mazar by the City District Government Karachi (CDGK). He asked the Provincial Auqaf Department to complete the project at the earliest. The governor also said that the premises of the Mazar should be expanded so that more people could visit. He instructed that escalators be installed and emergency exits be constructed. He directed that for other facilities a consultant should be appointed and the process of PC-1 should be completed. The governor was informed that in the year 1995 the estimate for the project was Rs100 million. It is now expected to be Rs200m.
